Why SAP Foundation Exists
At the SAP Foundation we believe all Australians deserve an equal opportunity to reach their full potential. We should all have an equal shot at receiving an education, entering training, securing meaningful employment and living a full and productive life. There is a tremendous disparity that exists between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians, creating parity is an audacious, challenging, and often an overwhelming goal, but SAP Foundation strives for it because allowing this disparity to continue is not an option.

What is it that SAP Foundation Can Do?
The fastest way to create parity is to admit there is a need for change – to empower people to take charge of their own lives and to create hope. SAP Foundation supports outcomes through partnerships that focus on respect, education, training and social reform.
SAP Foundation will work with partners to ensure education outcomes for Indigenous Australians through our ‘Individuals ownership’ approach and social reform.
The Individual ownership program helps individuals take their own destiny into their own hands, this program will allow for participation, within the sporting arena, without the burden of financial constraints. Allowing participants to develop teamwork skills alongside of social networking that is designed to set the foundation for life.
The support provided by SAP Foundation will allow for individuals to reach their full potential, based on the individuals’ commitment to their family, community and schooling.
